2018 & 2019 Impact Journals

At General Mills, supporting the EPIC Provisions Brand, I was the editor and lead contributor for two consecutive annual publications of over 100 pages showcasing regenerative suppliers, humane hunting, ecological stewardship, conscious consumerism, and ancestral nutrition. I traveled to interview farmers and capture compelling photography, curated and guided a team of contributors, and collaborated closely with our print vendor to bring these books to life. These publications became key resources for General Mills, educating employees and external partners on the vital role of regenerative agriculture and responsible sourcing.

 

Land to Market Covering Ground

As a Content Manager at Land to Market, I was the editor and lead contributor for Covering Ground, the organization’s first-ever print publication. This 115-page publication delves into regenerative agriculture, transparent food production, the evolving landscape of apparel sourcing, ecological impact, and conscious consumerism. Covering Ground highlights the movement toward a more sustainable and transparent future through compelling storytelling and in-depth exploration.
